360 Legal, Inc., an upcoming leader in the Legal Services industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated individuals to support and drive our ambitious Business Development & Marketing goals. We are expanding our legal service business focusing on the needs of law firms in the following areas: Mortgage Foreclosure, Debt Recovery, Insurance and Family law.
As a Client Development Associate you will identify, source and close “good-fit” prospects. Using your strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards 360 Legal’ s mission of delivering excellent service.
The Client Development Manager will lead, collaborate and execute on a broad range of duties, including:
- Implementing the firm’s client development methodology.
- Position 360 Legal’s Value Proposition to Law Firms in our target service sectors.
- Educate and guide prospects to help them learn 360 Legal value proposition and how we can become a strategic business partner for their firm.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with law firms.
- Qualify prospects’ business goals/needs to understand and communicate how 360 Legal can be a strategic partner for their firm’s growth and improvement.
- Close business with new and existing clients at or above quota level
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
- Develop relationships with banks, servicers and other financial institution to increase cross-selling opportunities.
- Periodic travel across the US, dependent on business needs, will be required
