If you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for legal services, 360 Legal is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Client Development Team.

Job Description:

As an Inside Sale Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to sell cutting-edge legal services to attorneys across the country. The role allows for remote work with occasional travel to conferences to represent 360 Legal in our trade show booth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of 360 Legal services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with attorneys and law firms.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the legal services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel to 6 – 8 conferences per year to participate in trade shows.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for efficient lead and sales tracking.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
