Today we are streaming Josh Watson, Senior Technology Manager at 360 Legal. Josh Watson handles all the software development over here at 360 Legal.
"What kind of case management systems can 360 integrate with? The answer is pretty much all of them. Most systems have a way to export data out or documents out. If your system has a deck, 360 Legal can easily take that and modify our processes to use it. If you don't have that; a lot of time we can go into your system and reverse engineer it and figure out the way we can make it work. Even if you don't have that current process built in we can also provide custom software. That'll allow you to still send over data and documents of a one-off session. In terms of custom software for clients; all the time we can go build that on their end in their systems. We're working with a set of pre-built tools for automating the backend of software. We can easily go into their environment, reverse engineer it; install something on their end and the connection to there. Then it can speak back and forth with 360 Legal's systems."
