Mike Weaver:Another thing I often get asked is… I always mention we’re a client-first company, and that’s above our technology, above our service, above everything. We exist for and because of our clients. Part of that is being client-first; it’s a big part of it. As I mentioned earlier, when I first became exposed to this, I wasn’t exactly sure how it translated into business, but over the past 27 years, it’s become a focal point of how I deliver service in every business I’ve ever been involved in.
