Mike’s Interview Series EPISODE 8 – Process Server Video Blog

Welcome to the 360 Legal Florida process server video blog, where we discuss all things service of process. Today, we are streaming Mike Weaver, president of 360 Legal. In this segment, mike is discussing how 360 Legal is easy by design.

Mike Weaver:

So one of the things that I often get when I’m on the phone with a paralegal, is I mention to them that working with 360 is easy and that’s by design. We have made this easy because we understand that your job as a paralegal is not easy and so if your process server is difficult to work with or you have to track down updates, then that just makes your job a thousand times more difficult because you have your attorney talking to you, trying to get status updates. You can’t get status updates. Their client is barking at them. It’s just not a good recipe for success. So one of the things that I tell them often is working with 360 is easy. It’s easy to submit your documents to us. You can either do that online. You can do it with email. You can use our app 360 Connect. You can upload your documents through our client portal, 360 Total View or if you’re a big firm and have a CMS, you can just click on whatever workflow you have in your case management system and submit them automatically that way.

If you get your documents to us, typically by 10 or 11 o’clock nine, 99.9% of the time they go out the same day. So we’re not charging you a rush fee. We’re not charging you any up fees to get the documents out. I want to get your stuff served for you. They’re usually served in three to five days. If they’re not served, I have a whole team of private investigators. We’re going to locate the next address and come back to you with a better address or where we can find these folks or come up with a different plan to get them served because again, my goal is to make you look good to your client so we want to serve your documents.

And finally, once everything is served and we have the return of service, it automatically gets efiled. We’re directly connected with the Florida efile portal. Everything gets efiled within five minutes of what the time we receive it. The returns, we get the returns typically in either the same day or within 24 hours of service. So again, my goal is to make 360 so easy to use that there’s no way you can even use anybody else because we’re just too easy.
