We are expanding our legal service business focusing on the needs of law firms in the following areas: Mortgage Foreclosure, Debt Recovery, Insurance and Family law.<br \/>\nAs a Client Development Associate you will identify, source and close &#8220;good-fit&#8221; prospects. Using your strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards 360 Legal\u2019 s mission of delivering excellent service.<br \/>\nThe Client Development Manager will lead, collaborate and execute on a broad range of duties, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing the firm&#8217;s client development methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Position 360 Legal&#8217;s Value Proposition to Law Firms in our target service sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Educate and guide prospects to help them learn 360 Legal value proposition and how we can become a strategic business partner for their firm.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with law firms.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify prospects\u2019 business goals\/needs to understand and communicate how 360 Legal can be a strategic partner for their firm\u2019s growth and improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Close business with new and existing clients at or above quota level<\/li>\n<li>Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company\u2019s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.<\/li>\n<li>Develop relationships with banks, servicers and other financial institution to increase cross-selling opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic travel across the US, dependent on business needs, will be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"text-capitalize\">Skill\/Qualifications We Consider A &#8220;Plus&#8221;<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><a>2-5 Years of selling B to B, Legal preferred.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a>Experience using Hubspot, or comparable CRM.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent work experience.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>360 Legal, Inc., an upcoming leader in the Legal Services industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated individuals to support and drive our ambitious Business Development &amp; Marketing goals.
