We are expanding our legal service business focusing on the needs of law firms in the following areas: Mortgage Foreclosure, Debt Recovery, Insurance and Family law.<br \/>\nAs an Account Representative you will conduct routine outbound debt collection activities in an effort to secure payment from delinquent account holders regarding past due amounts. You will also have the opportunity to work on established campaigns and special projects. Your primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound calls on small to large balance accounts, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing the firm&#8217;s debt collection methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Review post-judgment accounts for collectability.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct phone calls on overdue and unpaid judgment accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Perform file maintenance\/modifications as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Research and verify debtor\/claim information.<\/li>\n<li>Acheive at or above quota level<\/li>\n<li>Review credit reports.<\/li>\n<li>Other projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"text-capitalize\">Skill\/Qualifications We Consider A &#8220;Plus&#8221;<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><a>At least 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or telemarketing.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a>Basic understanding of various debt collection laws such as the FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPPA.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a>Associates degree or work towards an Associates degree.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>360 Legal, Inc., an upcoming leader in the Legal Services industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated individuals to support our clients debt collection initiatives.
