My background is mostly in the mortgage servicing industry, although I do have some collection <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\">[<\/span><a class=\"yt-simple-endpoint style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\" spellcheck=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YXevDHv3dJc&amp;t=60s\">00:01:00<\/a><span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\">] background, back when I used to work for a company called OSI in the mid-nineties. My background has been mostly with mortgage servicers and also managing law firms. Mike took a look at that background and said, &#8220;This might be the individual that we need to bring in&#8221;.
