The right process server for the job would entail in my opinion, a couple of different things. First and foremost the data integration, the analytics that can be exchanged electronically compresses that function of getting it served that is a benefit to us and to our clients. Another aspect of selecting the right process server is what we look at as, “time to serve”. How quickly and efficiently from the time that the process server receives your papers are they able to get it to the server and served? That is a function of how well the process server manages the individual servers out on the street and so on. Those two things I always look at when looking for a processor.<\/p>\n
